Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from China.

1. Shipping Destination
We ship to all EU countries.

2. Shipping Cost
Flat shipping rate: €3.99 for all orders to EU countries.

3. Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping transit time or weekends and holidays.

4. Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 12-25 business days to EU countries. Delivery delays may occasionally happen because of customs clearance.

5. Customs & Import Tax
Buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT or customs fees charged by the destination country.

6. Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or severely damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 14 days after the expected delivery date.
