1.Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after you receive your item.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging.
Custom‑made, handmade accessories and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.Hair accessories that have been worn, scratched or damaged are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
Please contact our customer service email before sending back goods.
We will send you return instructions. Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

3. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue your refund.
Refund will go back to your original payment method within 7‑14 business days.

4. Damaged & Wrong Items
If you receive broken, damaged or wrong items, please send us photos within 7 days upon delivery. We will offer replacement or partial refund at no extra cost.
